Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Transfer from Kigali to your lodge near Volcanoes National Park. Briefing on the hike and overnight rest.

Day 2: Mount Bisoke Hike

Early start for the guided ascent of Mount Bisoke (3,711m). Trek through bamboo forest, hagenia-hypericum woodland, and open alpine zones to the stunning crater lake at the summit. The hike takes approximately 6–8 hours return. Packed lunch and dinner on return to lodge.
