Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Kigali to Volcanoes National Park

Transfer from Kigali to Ruhengeri (approximately 2.5 hours). Optional Kigali city tour en route. Accommodation briefing and dinner at your lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Early start for gorilla trekking. Briefing at 7:00 AM at Kinigi HQ. Trek to find the mountain gorillas and spend one hour with them. Afternoon cultural visit. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Kivu Exploration — Day 3

Transfer to Lake Kivu in Gisenyi. Enjoy a boat cruise on the lake exploring islands and birdlife. Relax on the lakeshore. Dinner and overnight at your lakeside hotel.

Day 4: Return to Kigali

Final boat cruise or lakeside morning. Transfer back to Kigali for drop-off at the airport or your hotel.
